Luke Stringa & Jacob Stringa.

Two brothers. Different strengths. One school they built together — including the Quantum Key Method, jointly developed over years of their own work with clients.

People often ask how Quantum Key Institute came together. The honest answer is that it didn't start as a plan. It started with two brothers already doing the work in their own practices, from different angles, comparing notes for years before turning any of it into a school.

Luke had moved through mechanical engineering, then IT, then coaching and hypnotherapy, then online sales and marketing, and eventually co-founded a client acquisition agency that helped established coaches scale to seven figures and beyond. The thing he kept watching from the inside of that work was capable practitioners with brilliant gifts disappearing within twelve months because nobody had taught them the business side.

Jacob had been working with clients through breathwork, energy work, hypnotherapy and meditation for years. The deeper modality work that became the practitioner side of QKI was already living in his sessions long before there was a name for it.

The Quantum Key Method itself emerged out of hundreds of conversations between them, comparing what was actually moving their respective clients. Neither one of them invented it. Luke and Jacob developed it together. When they eventually pulled the two halves of the institute into one school, it made sense to split it the way it had always worked — Luke holding the business side, Jacob holding the practitioner side, both brothers holding the QKM.

CEO & Co-Founder

Luke Stringa

Luke leads the business side of QKI and the Business Incubator that teaches students how to actually build a practice. Background spans mechanical engineering, IT, coaching and hypnotherapy, online sales and marketing, and co-running a client acquisition agency that scaled coaches to seven figures and beyond.

He's the reason the business module exists at the level it does. Most training programs put two hours on "marketing" at the end of the course and call it done. Luke wouldn't sign off on that.

Co-Founder · Co-Creator of the QKM

Jacob Stringa

Jacob leads the practitioner training and fulfilment side of QKI. He and Luke co-developed the Quantum Key Method over years of working with their own clients across breathwork, energy work, hypnotherapy and coaching.

His teaching style is slower and quieter. The other five QKI modalities all integrate underneath the QKM the brothers built together.

How the brothers work together.

There's a clean split. Luke holds the institute itself — the curriculum architecture, the business mentoring, the operations, the team, the long-term direction. Jacob holds the modality work — the practitioner training, the deeper teaching, the in-room work across breathwork, hypnotherapy, energy work and meditation.

Both of them co-lead the Quantum Key Method itself, because both of them built it. Students see both brothers regularly. Luke runs the business mentoring inside the Business Incubator. Jacob runs the practitioner sessions. The work overlaps in the middle where a student is figuring out how to take what they've learned and actually do it for paying clients.

What the brothers agree on.

A few things the brothers have both said often enough that students quote them back to the brothers:
