Background.
Jacob came into this work the long way. Not through a single training. Through years of his own practice, his own inner work, and a quiet curiosity about what was actually happening underneath the surface in client sessions.
He trained in modalities people would recognise — breathwork through multiple lineages, energy work, hypnotherapy, meditation traditions. What he noticed across all of them was the same thing Luke was noticing on the other side of the coaching world: no single modality was the full answer. Each one held part of the truth. Each one missed pieces the others had.
So he kept doing the work, kept refining what he was doing in sessions, and over years — together with Luke comparing notes from his own client work — a coherent framework emerged. That framework is what eventually became the Quantum Key Method.
The Quantum Key Method — jointly developed.
It's worth being clear on this. The QKM was not invented by one person. It was developed by both brothers over years of doing the work in their own practices.
Luke was working with clients through coaching and hypnotherapy. Jacob was working through breathwork, energy work, and the deeper somatic side. They had hundreds of conversations comparing what was actually moving clients in their respective sessions. The patterns they kept identifying together became the underlying principles of the QKM:
- Consciousness and identity precede reality change — the level a client lives at determines what they can build
- The body holds the answers before the mind has access to them — somatic work is non-negotiable
- Modalities are instruments, not religions — choose what the moment calls for
- Change happens at the level it's held — read where the pattern lives, then meet it there
When the framework crystallised, Jacob took primary responsibility for teaching it inside the practitioner training while Luke took on the curriculum architecture and the business mentoring side. That's how the two brothers split the institute internally. The QKM itself belongs to both of them.
What Jacob leads at QKI.
- The practitioner training and certification across all six modalities
- Co-leading the Quantum Key Method teaching alongside Luke
- Breathwork facilitation, energy work, hypnotherapy and meditation modules
- The teaching standard the school is built around
- One-to-one mentoring of senior practitioners coming through the program
How Jacob teaches.
If Luke's style is direct and fast-paced, Jacob's is slower and quieter. He'll sit in something for a long time. Ask a question and let the silence do most of the work. Students often say the thing they didn't expect was how much shifts for them just from being in the room while he teaches.
He doesn't perform. The work is the work. He's not interested in being impressive, which is part of why the practitioners who train under him pick up a similar quality — they stop reaching for technique and start trusting what's actually happening with the client in front of them.
What he comes back to.
What drives Jacob outside the institute.
Living to his highest potential. That's the orientation underneath everything Jacob does — not just his work with clients. He's obsessed with learning new skills for transformation, the ones he can use on himself first and then carry into the room with students.
You could call Jacob a researcher of what makes winners win. He's constantly studying high performers, transformation processes, the mechanics of how a person becomes the next version of themselves. The depth of his practitioner work is informed by years of that research stacking up.
Alongside that he's a master of esoteric teachings. Over a decade of going deep into the universe, consciousness, the older contemplative traditions, and topics some people would dismiss as rabbit holes. Jacob doesn't dismiss them. They're a meaningful part of where the depth in his teaching comes from. The brothers are close and built QKI together from the ground up.
