The work, and where it comes from.
Helena's path into this work was not academic. It was lived. She grew up in Egypt, in a culture that quietly taught women to be smaller, quieter, easier to love. She raised four children largely on her own. She survived cancer. She moved through a long relationship in which she watched herself disappear before finding her way back. Each of these chapters became part of how she now works with clients.
What Helena teaches is not borrowed. The capacity to sit with a woman in the middle of unwinding a toxic relationship, or rebuilding a self after years of being shaped to someone else's preferences, comes from having done that work in her own life first. The clients who arrive at her door tend to recognise this within the first conversation.
Her practitioner training is structured. Helena is certified across the six accredited modalities of the Quantum Key Method through Quantum Key Institute — including 12 months of mentoring and supervised guidance across life coaching, hypnotherapy, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and the Quantum Key Method itself. In her sessions, that integrated training shows up as the ability to choose what the moment is calling for rather than running the same protocol on every client.
