Helping neurodiverse people feel confident being themselves.
Melanie Hunter is a Neurodivergent Recovery Coach based in Brisbane. Her work is for the neurodivergent adults who have spent years working twice as hard, people-pleasing through exhaustion, and quietly contorting themselves to fit a version of “normal” that was never built for them — and who are now paying for it in burnout, anxiety, and a slow erosion of self.
The pattern she meets again and again: a lack of self-confidence underneath the high-achieving exterior, a habit of seeking validation instead of trusting their own knowing, and an anxious sense that being themselves isn't safe. Melanie's coaching is the place to put all of that down. The work is about recovering from burnout, rebuilding self-trust, and reaching the point where standing in your truth, speaking up, and being authentically you feels normal — not risky.
Melanie is certified across all six modalities of the Quantum Key Method through Quantum Key Institute — including 24 months of mentoring and supervised guidance as part of the Elite Mentoring program, across the modalities. That integrated training is what allows her work to move freely between somatic regulation, subconscious access, and identity-level coaching in a single session — meeting clients wherever the moment calls for, whether that's burnout in the body, a confidence rewire underneath, or the values-and-boundaries work that holds it all together.
